Heh. We're just talking about this just a little while ago... Anyways, to
rehash what was said quickly: You can find on in the Dwarven Pit in
Finksterkoppen (or however it's spelled). You can find one in the Blood Peaks
orc caves. You should be able to buy one from a merchant. I've seen them
for sale before but never needed to buy one (no recipes) until recently and
didn't "plan ahead".

: Does anyone know the use (if any) of the following items:
: Brass Mirror

Nope. Maybe look fancy.

: Charcoal

This is used in some alchemist potions. Or maybe you can use it for a
BBQ. :-)

: Fishing Hook

Go fishing of course! :-) On occasion you'll pass a stream where they ask
you if you want to fill your water skins or go fishing or both.

: Licorice
: Bonbons

Alchemist potions again. Unfortunately, the amount of alchemist recipies seem
to be very low. Must be a rare profession...

: Jewelry
: Cutlery

NO idea. Maybe if you have some very important house guests...

: net

You'll probably find out later in the game.

: Copper cauldron

Same as charcoal, licorice and bonbons.

: Brass Mirror

We went over this already, didn't we? :-)

: Book

Well, when used with writing utensiles, you can copy single recipies into the
book so you don't have half a dozen scrolls floating around in your backpack.
Saves space and you can get a few silvers from the scrolls. Since you can't
expand your backpack, this is useful to anyone with alchemist skills and
writing skills.

: Tableware
: beer

Beer is useful if you want to get drunk (just like in real life!). You can
use it to reduce some of the negative attributes for a while. Like if you
find a piece of dental floss in which you have use to cross a mile deep
canyon, beer will reduce their acrophobia a little. (Temporarily.)
