To find the twin pillars of Fire and Ice, you need to head east, as the Gargoyle
told you. you have to go past the arena, and enter a corridor. just after
enterinr, there is a magically locked door on you left. By the way, this
corridor is the one you used to reach the mushroom 'Park' where you found the
Ice Key.

Anyway, you need to unlock the door. On the other side, you'll follox a
corridor leading you to a Plazza where the Pillars can be found. Beyond that
is a temple, where the altar can be put to good use...
