I have the cd>hd version 2.10 of this game. I have retrieved the
ceremonial dagger but can't give it to lothos(I think). Even after the
conversation and my promise to get it.

None of the dialogue comes up with "yes, I have retrieved the dagger". It
only comes up with "no, I have not retrieved the dagger." and various
other options.

I've tried "using" the dagger to give it to him and dropped it near him
with naught success. Is there a bug in the game?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks
