Ok, I'll buy that it's spam, and I agree with everything you say.

A true hoax wouldn't end with a disclaimer though; greasy or
not.  It's still a parody, so that makes it either a spam parody
or a parody spam.

Either way, those who fail to read what's put in front of them
tend to have all kinds of problems.  Reading comprehension
is an important life skill.
