Restoration Project already has a highlight items key.  Shift.

There's also some speed modifications you can change in the ini. So no 
having to use cheat engine for that anymore either, and it keeps the 
same encounter rate on the world map.  It actually has a separate world 
map speed, so I could set that pretty high and just get the encounters 
without waiting for the travel to happen.

No inventory mod yet.  I probably won't go searching for that one.
