Apparently given the negative comments from users who use the mouse and
keyboard (which is a no go for most third person games for me, I always
have the feeling wsad on a third person game feels more clunky than
using the xbox controller, first person is the opposite there I stay
away from controllers)

I play with an xbox controller and the control scheme feels quite ok to
me, swimming however and diving is not that well solved.
The game definitely is designed with a controller in mind. This also is
apparent in the games menu structure.

The biggest gripe I have with the UI is the fonts which are way to
small. This hopefully will be fixed in an update. I am not alone with
this complaint. Ah yes and it is annoying that you dont have a shortcut
to the map with the controller it is always 2-3 button clicks into the
map and out. This might be better with a keyboard.

Actually I personally think they made a good mixture,
even the sidequests do not contradict the story flow
and are hand scripted with full voice overs.
Some sidequests cannot be solved anymore once you progress with the
story (happened to me yesterday)
