The standalone Director's Cut is the improved version of the Berlin campaign, described if you scroll down to the "Arrives September 18th" section of the page you linked to. It notes that "existing owners of the Dragonfall expansion" will get the Director's Cut for free (I did) but not sure if that still holds true. Guessing you would have to buy both nowadays. -craig
