taxalot <tax...@journalismetotal.fr> looked up from reading the entrails of the porn spammer to utter "The Augury is good, the signs say: > And yet I fail to see any topic praising that wonderful collection of >bits, battles and stories. > > Did I mention it's now on Steam Sale , 60% off, at the ridiculous price >of 5.99 euros ? Why haven't you bought it yet ? Why? I'm looking at YOU. Because it's a DLC to a game that was badly reviewed as a NWN style engine demo which I do not own. I'm not going to buy a game that sucks (no matter how cheap) just to play an addon to that game that doesn't suck. They should have released as a standalone not a DLC. Basic rule of thumb, if the core game sucks, I don't buy it. If I did buy it before reviews (Borderlands2) I don't give them more money for DLCs. There's all too many games now that put out content as DLCs that should have been part of the core game, and I'm not going to finance that methodology. Kind of like buying a car - I don't care that a whole shitload of extra optional parts are available to make the car suck less - if the basic car sucks I'm not going to buy it in the first place.
