I work from home so the heat generated by CRT's is more of an issue than
space where I live actually. My electric bills are high enough as they
are already, don't need the extra wattage needed for CRT's and AC's
running 24/7 during the summer. Still have a 15" Digital brand (remember
those?) CRT lying around working perfectly but it hasn't seen any action
in about 8 years now, it's strictly for emergencies only.
