Well I suppose if you're into turn based, isometric games that look like
they were made 10-20 years ago...

Seriously, touting a fixed 1024x768 resolution in 2010 as a _feature_
and upgrade for book 2?
Oh look the screenshots for book3 are in that resolution as well.

This is exactly the reason I don't buy most "old school" games, it's one
thing to want the feel and gameplay of those old games, but these guys
forget that when those games were new, they were being played at
resolutions that fit the hardware of the day, resolutions that were at
or near state of the art whenever possible.

There's a vast difference between 1024x768, native on a 17" CRT and the
same resolution windowboxed on a 20" 1600x900 widescreen LCD (which is
what I have, though it's by no means state of the art.)
That windowboxed display is actually _smaller_ than on the 17".

That doesn't equal fun, it equals eyestrain and headaches - no thanks,
no sale.
