How to View/Parse .NST files

Hey COMPGROUPS. I play a game called Rumble Fighter. In the  program folder, there are these .nsz files. When I open one of the .NSZ files (011600_default_item), I get an .NST file. I can open it up in Notepad or other programs like it. When  try to read it, I see question marks and numbers and sometimes words. I've heard that you need to parse the .NST files located in this .RAR http://www.mediafire.com/?0h89zawifm6dj7g I don't know how to parse the .NST files. Can you please help?
