I finally made it to Nordmar. I have palladin armor, rhune shield, sword of the ancestors at 140 hit points, 700 life, 600 strength, more than enough to be able to use the sword in this game. I can barely defeat 3 skeletons with it. Jowood took the sword out of the game in this revision, and Steam is pushing it over local installs .. if you have Steam.

Long, long ago, I actually had figured out the sword fighting skills required of this revision .. but I had forgotten them until now. The biggie was the side step. I accidently got it back, and immediately wiped out 6 skeletons easily because they keep coming straight ahead, and are vulnerable to the sword at full swing. Think I'm going to go looking for a couple of Sabre Tooth tigers. I had given up using the sword on them.

johns ( hey guys, is CERN broke yet ? Are they keeping it a secret this time ? )
