1. you go to
https://activate.ea.com/gameactivation.do
and register your serial number. There is a chance it would be enough,
and the game will appear in the client. If not
2. go to
https://help.ea.com/ (right column, "Contact us")
for a chat with a support person. Then you describe your situation, and that's it.

Be aware point 2 is sensible only at Monday-Friday, 7AM-4PM GMT.
At other times only basic support are present who have no authority to manipulate
your account.
