   People have been saying this about Origin since they released Wing
Commander.

   "What?! You *need* a 386 for it to be playable? That's ridiculous!
They're abandoning a substantial part of the market. They don't understand
economics - they're going to go bankrupt for sure!"

   Then a funny thing happened. People went and bought 386 computers.

(I still believe that the single biggest reason people bought their first 386
*was* Wing Commander itself! Of course, Origin won't be driving the market for
CD-ROMs in the same way this time. Myst has already done it... :) )
