Hello, fellow flight-simers!

Ha,ha,ha,ha,ha! Hey, I had the exact same thought several years ago! In
fact, I nearly sent my letter in to Origin complaining about this! :D
Luckily, I came to my senses and decided that all my charges had no valid
foundation! Take it easy my friend, and think it over.
>True enough. CDs are easier to mass produce and more efficient as far as

>(Hey, multimedia clips are fine off the CD, but game data? No Way!)
I understand why people complain about upgrading their computers (CPU and
motherboard) but I really can't understand why people have problems with
spending $100 or so getting a decent 2x-speed CD-ROM drive.
>I want to see how they did it before I make any judgements....
I am pending my judgement too. :) I truly hope it will be good though.
>It does have an excellent multiplayer mode. Its the one player mode that stinks!

No fun is right. Oh well, Armada was designed to be a multi-player game
anyway, just like Dark Legions and Archon Ultra.
>The only thing Origin did right is that Armada WILL work on a 386/40, just fine.
>(Ignore that 486/DX2 50 Recommended garbage on the box!)
Well, it works well when you are in an one-on-one scenario, but the game's
performance decreases exponentially when you have to deal with more than
one enemy ship at once.
