 I sent a similar posting a few months back. Someone wrote to me saying my
upgrade must have been faulty. My advice is this, if the game ever
complains about a missing .PIC file then write down it's name. Reboot your
computer since the game crashing can cause some problems. Now go into your
pics directory and hunt around for a file with a suitably similar name. I'm
not sure if it's necessary but you'd better make sure it starts with X as
well. Now copy the .PIC file you have chosen to the name of the file that
was missing. The game will happily show the new one since the .PIC file
are just a graphics file and contain no game data.
