Unforunately, the room it is in is behind a secret door. When you kill the bandit chieftain in the large dungeon under Stormhaven, check out all the paintings on the wall, one of them will be the one you want. As for your second question, most of the wizard's offensive spells are pretty weak, but one WONDERFUL spell which makes the wizards worth having around is the Accelerated Action II spell. This spell will give everyone in your party double the number of actions that they could normally do. As you get further in the game, this spell becomes almost impossible to do without. Another great spell for high level wizards is Mass Domination. This spell turns all your enemies against each other. If it works well, all you do is sit back and watch your enemies pound each other into the dust. Very nice. Unfortunately, you need a fairly high level wizard to cast these spells, but it is definitely worth the wait. . . . Jonathan Houze
