  I haven't found the QUILL, but was told it's in ruin ANFORN, it's in a 
island called BALAT. You can use teleport to get to BALAT, Aster, Berat, 
Aster.   Once you get to the island, ANFORN is somewhere in the NE part 
of the island, in the moutains. 
  Questions :

How do you get in ANFORN, DELQAFI, TOWER KIREIN, HIGH TOWER?

  I suspect that you have ask someone about it, but what exactly do you 
say to them?  I tried 'word', 'gate', 'get in', their names, without any 
luck. The only 'magic' word I know is the one to open Tower Prodaqa, 
That's the most straight forward one. Plus the one to get in Entemar. I 
found in by talking to those loremasters. If anyone knows how to get in 
those above places, please give me a hint.
