is it that you can't memorize mage spells, or just can't cast?  a
character can't cast mage spells while wearing armor of leather or
heavier (robes, cloaks, and bracers are about it)...  I had this
problem at first, took me awhile to figure that out, but I never had
a problem memorizing spells.. but she's just a fighter/mage, not a
cleric also.
