Folks, The game DIAMONDS 3.1 is shareware. It's the logical elimination game that I spoke of before, that tests your reasoning skills, and mental stamina. It's colorfull, and starts out really easy, and gets really tough... It's a structured and easily learned game, not to worry, it's got on-line help. It is available on the FTP site: caisr2.caisr.cwru.edu in the directory: /incoming filename: DIA3.ZIP There is an older version that has been currupted that is less than 100k in size. The version of size greater than 100k is ok, and you may find it in /pub/games if its not in /incoming. If you have trouble with it, contact me. I can pipe it to you utilizing the UUENCODED format. If you are capable of UUDECODING, or if you know someone who is, it's a quick way to get a copy of the game. Once it is UUDECODED, it will be in .ZIP format for the PC, ready to download to your home computer. **** SCORES *** I'm interested to see how everyone does score-wise. I think the top score on there (not mine), when I Zipped it was something like 720,000 points. To reach 400,000 almost fizzed my brain... and I wrote the thing. So let me know how you do. *************** Jeff Oh, if you can even get in the top 5 on the scoreboard, you have seriously accomplished something. My friends have just about worked me right off of it. :( -- ba...@seq.uncwil.edu (804)330-3552 / 320-DATA "We must, at this point, determine exactly how much there is still left to own." ********************************************************************
