Battlezone 1 (1998), the great adrenalin rushing 3d rts game from
Activision has been forgotten by the people. Activision stopped their
support and about 2 years ago the game servers where gone. Today only
one server is up by player initiative, and probably more in near
future, keeping bz alive, sort of.  The game is still great and almost
too adictive. A few bz fans created a full install/download with XP
fixes and a whole bunch of maps. The full game that is, 130mb

(a CD is needed to host games, or to play strat games. To join a
deathmatch game, no cd is needed. After install, you can read in the
map "CD" how to create a cd to fool bz, wich is very easy to do, making

strategy games and hosting possible.)


Give it a try, this is one of those special games.
