WOrld Circuit (F1GP) Editor Problems - Please help

  I have been having a little trouble with the f1ed editor for
  World Circuit\Formula 1 Grand Prix.
  I have the international v1.05
  I realize that this editor may not be inteded to work with this
  version.  However, it seems to work ok as far as getting the cars
  to appear the correct color on the game.
  
  The trouble I'm having is in the mouse.  I am using the mouse.com
  driver found in DOS 6.0.  There is no mouse arrow visible on the
  screen when I am using this program.
  I'd like to change some things, but obviously that will be very
  difficult if I don't know where the mouse is pointing.

  If anyone can help I'd sure appreciate it.
  I've tried loading the mouse.com high and low, but neither seems 
  to work.
