Running Ultima7.5 in OS/2.

I'm just wondering if it's possible to run Ultima 7.5 from within OS/2?
I'm not an OS/2 user, but I have a copy of Ultima 7.5 that's been collecting
dust since I brought it. I have stacker loaded, therefore, I have to
install Ultima 7.5 in the unstacked drive. <- I tried using LastByte, but
U7.5 kicks me back to DOS with some weird error message. Anyway, I'm
thinking of upgrading to OS/2 (MAYBE) when the OS/2 version of Stacker and
version 2.1 of OS/2 comes out. That's why I'm curious about the
compatability of Ultima 7.5 and OS/2. :)

Sorry, but since Ultima 7 and 7.5 use the Voodoo memory manager to place the
machine in the semi-documented "big-real" mode, it will not work under OS/2 at
all. BTW, it won't work w/ NT, NeXT Step, UnixWare, et al. Anything that
virtualizes the hardare interface and you're out of luck.

Also, I _really_ suggest geting rid of Stacker, esp. if you're running DOS 6.0
or any disk cache program w/ lazy write enabled. One bad cluster, and.....

    Bogus! :(

I can't get rid of my Stacker. I don't have a real job, therefore, I
can't affort a 1GB hard drive (yeah, go ahead and flame me for it. :) I'm
running low on disk space as it is with all my Windoze stuff. I can't get
rid of them because I need them to do reports and stuff. I tried getting
rid of some games that I got tired of playing, but I still don't have enough
space to unstack my HD. Guess I'm stuck with Stacker until I can affort a
REAL HD. BTW, I've only a 240MB Seagate.
Yeah, I used to use the Ncache from NU6, and I had the write cache
ena enabled. I get a few bad sectors every once in a while until, oneday,
I finally figure out that it's ncache's write cache that's causing it. I
had to live without it until I got my upgrade to NU7. The write cache is
turn on, and I haven't got any bad sectors since. (I've been using it for
about 2-3 weeks I think.)
Question: Why do you suggest me to get rid of stacker if I'm running
DOS 6? Is it because you feel that DoubleSpace is better? I'm just
curious. Personally, I don't think that highly about Doublespace. I hated
it, just like all the utilities that comes with Dos6. The only reason I'm
using DOS6 is because I got it free from buying Norton Desktop 2.2 :)
