Does anyone out there have "Moonbase" by Wesson International?

It's a lunar base simulation along the lines of SimCity. I'd like to hear
what people think about it.

Thanks,
Marc

Well, I bought it a year or so ago, and was fairly disappointed. Maybe
I missed something, but I found it almost impossible to succeed
without finding water on the moon, and I *never* found any water on
  the moon.

Did anyone who played this game ever manage to find any water? If so,
  how?

Needless to say, this game didn't last long on my hard disk.

  Keith
