Does anyone know where to find a crossword puzzle building program. 
Even the most rudimentary tool would be better than the way I do it
now (Building a matrix with DrawPerfect and blacking out the unneeded
squares). 
I am looking for 2 characteristics:
	1) Free (or very nominal fee) - Software nor puzzles will be 
                 sold.
      	2) IBM PC dump into format that can be included in a WordPerfect
 	          document.
