Just two things: Logitech's service may be crap, but their products are okay. I've used the Trackmans for years. Second, lay off the sales guy. He may well have been in a different building, state, or even work for another company (plenty of places contract out their sales). No reason to think he could neccessarily help you. Not to say that you shouldn't be pissed, though. Might see if they have any on-line support (what does the registration/warranty info say?). Also might be worth trying again at the store, explaining what happened when you called. You never know. -- * Brian Dunkle * Computer Systems Manager; general computer guy * Division of Biomedical Communications, Arizona Health Sciences Center * bdu...@biocom.arizona.edu Spam Dragon * http://www.biocom.arizona.edu/~bdunkle --==(UDIC)==--
