VGA sucks? No way, man.... e.g. Albion, Arkania's, Jagged Alliance's, Beholder's, Simon The Sorcerer's, Raptor, and so, are cool in VGA and needs no SVGA, or Warcraft - I like Warcraft far more than Warcraft 2(svga looks really strange and wimpy, I mean artificial grafx, I don't know why but most of svga gfx looks strange, not natural). Hand painted graphics is far better than rendered ones, it's an art to paint cool. I do both hand-painting and rendering, so I know... there are only a few rendered gfx that could be called ART, and a lot of artificial crap. What counts is gameplay and atmosphere and not fucked fx(gfx, sfx, etc) at least for "hardcore, or grindcore" gamers, not for lamers. One thing I really hate are movies in games - what a barbedwire-to-the-eye! (e.g. WC3-4, Crusader: No Regret..., GKnight 2 - what a shit compared to the first part) Another hated thing: games in windows(with the frames around, titlebar, and bloody hated uniform menus, aaaaa... where's the originality?) I have a lot more to say (e.g. cooperative multiplay(rewlz) vs deathmatch) but is it a worth? Would be interesting to hear opinions about this also from the game-makers themselves. Kerry
