While we're on the subject of level 2, I'm having a devil of a time trying
to get up on the gallows.  Johnny comes close but just can't seem to reach
them.  (This also happens on level 3, BTW, jumping from the stumps - I can
see the ladder nailed to the side of the tree but Johnny won't hang on!)

WTF do I have to do to reach them?  Practice like hell?
