	From personal experience, I'd say Perfect
General is UNPLAYABLE on a 386DX-16. It BARELY
ran on my 386DX40. BY unplayable I mean waiting
5 to 10 minutes for the computer to make his 
move(s). IN a multiplayer setting this might not
be an issue though. I thought Perfect General only
supported direct NULL modem links though...
