Having lately found myself using Windows a lot more, I decided it
was time to renew my Object Desktop subscription.  SDCentral seems
to be pretty solid now, so I'm not sure why people are complaining
about it.

The one thing I think's missing is some way to archive or restore
multiple apps in one go.  The selection stuff seems to only allow
one at a time.
