Trying to find an old PC game I liked

Hi; I'm hoping someone can steer me in the right direction. Years ago
(and I mean probably ten years) I had a PC game I really liked. It
came on a 3-1/4" floppy. It was a strategy game; the object was to
move this little robotic character around various maze-like obstacle
paths to a goal spot. You had to make him move boxes and such in a
particular order to get through. Meanwhile there were these
cannon-looking things that would shoot across the path and you had to
dodge them to get through. If the robot got hit, a voice said "Poor
Robo." in a male monotone kind of sound.

Sound familiar to anyone? I'd love to find it again.

Thanks.
