In Vietnam, the Navy Seals were doing covert operations, and they were instructed to kill civilians that may have discovered them. And they did. They interviewed several seals who were on this mission on this very thing. All were disturbed by the order, and the fact that they had to carry it out. I doubt this documentary was BS, because one of the people on the mission was a US Senator. Unless the producers want to get sued for defamation or something, I would think the contents to be true. (I'm vaguely remember that the missions were even talked about in a book, by the same senator... don't remember the senator's name, I'm your typical uneducated American :) As far as war is concerned, my uneducated opinion is that we should get more creative. One of the highest contributors to garbage by volume is used diapers. Instead of smart bombs which kill, why not try used diaper bombs for demoralization? Who is willing to do anything but bath when a used diaper falls on your head? We'd be solving two problems at the same time. Think about it. What about a bong bomb? Dude, that be cool.
