"Ditto" on the Cyberdemon (those thundering hooves really were the sound of fear) and Dungeon Master (I lost count of how many time I almost jumped out of my chair), although I can't say some of those other games rocked my world much (e.g. Unreal - pretty graphics and not much more). My most memorable Moment: * Arrival at the Fortress of Regrets, in Planescape: Torment. In case anyone's not yet played this fantastic gem of a game I don't want to spoil the surprise, but the fortress lives up to its name. I was shocked. There were many other Moments in that game, e.g. meeting Ravel, but the Fortress stands out.
