How about just once, publicly, instead of individually to a hundred people.
Those of us who didn't write to you all saw your ad, but none of us
have yet seen your apology.

Also, it's good to see companies take in interest in joining the net.
I especially think FTP-sites for program support would be a most
welcome addition from any company. And I don't think people would mind
if you placed your catalog on your site. Just, as you've already heard,
keep them off News.
