i dont know what it it is but my moniter fluxtuates sometimes in and out..
kinda like if you have a cell phone on next to it.. or a very mild refresh..
but then it stops and changin the refresh doesnt take it away.. sometimes it
gets screewedup.. but mostly the picture goes in and out from the sides..

any ideas why its doing this..

i have a video card with the intel chipset on it, and am wondering if its
the vid-card..

i would apprecieate any suggestions..is it interference of power fluxes..??

thanks
