Agiler joypad - throw it out?

G'day, a few weeks back I made a bad decision and got an Agiler Joypad
(8 button) for $20 from a swap meet.  I just can't get this thing to
work with Win95!  Their web page is next to useless too - nothing but a
mouse driver.

Anyone worked out how to get this thing to work, or is it chuck-away
time?
