Betrayal at Krondor was a 3D fantasy RPG circa 1994... I don't think you
need to "tweak" your config.sys / autoexec.bat for any gameplay benefits...

The only thing I can imagine is that you need to free up some conventional
memory and possibly enable "enhanced" memory in emm386.

BaK is not going to be happy running under win95 so you need to run in 
DOS mode and you need to free up 600K of conventional memory.
