I recently upgraded my system and the new one includes a Pro Audio Spectrum-16 card which is supposed to include full SoundblasterPro compatability. Just about everything I have works fine with the new soundboard, but Dune2 only seems to recognize the Adlib level FM synthesis. Instead of digitized voices and explosions, I just get text flashing on the screen, though I do get the music soundtrack. I have a BLASTER=A220 I5... etc environment variable, and there's plenty of conventional and extended/expanded memory available. Has anyone got Dune II to use the digital channel with a PAS16? What am I missing? -- Devin Ben-Hur [dra...@qiclab.scn.rain.com] The truth will set you free... but first it'll piss you off.
