Yeah, the 7th Guest has some nice exercise for Computer Science students.
The 8-Queen puzzle is a classic anyway, and can be found in most
Data Structures or Intro to Artificial Intelligence textbooks.
I've never seen the 4-Bishop puzzle anywhere, but that's a good one.
