There are several versions of startrek on shareware, the version I saw
being in the Lowell archive at the University of Massachusets in
msdos/Games/Misc
This is a Unix system and is case sensitive.
To get there, FTP to FTP.UML.EDU and use your Email address
as your password and log in as anonymous.
As for any other shareware games, Wolfenstein 3D is well worth downloading
from the same FTP site, along with tank, a 2/3 player shoot 'em up
style game, also in the Misc directory off Games.
Good luck.
