Well, I'm at City Hall and I have a little problem. I can't get Dennis Walker
arrested . I have Dennis Walker kneeling with his hand on his head but when I
take handcuffs and use them on Dennis , he gets up and game ends. Could
somebody tell what I should exactly do ? Help me , PLEASE !
