I seem to be stuck quite early on in Freddy Pharkas --

I need any hints on
  a) how to fill Sadie's (the Madam) prescription, or
  b) how to get the key that was sent to Philip D. Graves

If one of these is a prerequisite to the other, perhaps I only need a
hint on one of them.

Any help appreciated!
