T7G: where is the library and clues book
#487

I have so far been able to solve 5 of the puzzles without any need for
hints after installing the T7G. But now I am stuck and would like to
make use of the clues book in the library. But where is this library
and how does one get there?

If the reply to this question is perceived to be not of general
interest (or is a FAQ), then plese e-mail me directly. Any help is
sincerely appreciated.
