I was just about to send a request for this part myself!
I read in a hint file somewhere (www.allaboutgames.com I think) that
you need to talk to Nejo about the kebab guy, and then offer him your
red ball - he should then offer you a phrase to tell this kebab man
which should then enable you to get the toilet brush, etc.

*BUT*, when I try to give Nejo the ball, he goes on with a long speech
about how much he would like the ball, but doesn't say anything about
the kebab man...I try to give him the ball again, but all he says is
that I know he wants it!

Help! What should I do?
