I am also having trouble with Chapter 3.  I've been to the waterfall dungeon,
but am lacking a key to get into the leader's room.  Do you mean Kahooli
when you say Lims-Kragma, or am I missing a complete temple?  Do you have
to retrieve an item from the waterfall dungeon to satisfy one of the
membership requirements?  What do you have to do to "remove all binds
to king and country" for one of the other requirements?  Drop all of your
equipment maybe?  Do you have to do the starving "thing" close to the 
temple, or does it matter?

In other words, spell it out for me.  Chapter 3 is getting old.
