Joseph.  Tut tut tut.  What is the first thing you would do if you ran
into a giant spiders web and you were carrying something along the lines
of severious +5 in your hand(EOB1)? Hack the damn thing! Oh by the way. You would probably find that they will poison you.  Pray for cure poison with 
your cleric or paladin.  I sincerely hope you have one.
