Thanks to Metal Guru for this info.
All platforms, some kind of (very well received) point and click
adventure game published by Square Enix - it's been announced here:

www.lifeisstrange.com/free/uk

however Steam still says $4.99 here in the US so I got it from
Steamdb.info instead, here is the direct link to the download for your
convenience:

steam://install/319630

You don't need to log into Steamdb, only your regular Steam desktop app. 
Mine just finished installing, worked like a charm. Enjoy.
