Yes, Gog sells downloads and I thought that Steam did the same, but I don't
think it is the same. I downloaded todays special on Steam for $12.50 for
Broken sword 5. I thought the $12.50 was only for part One on Steam and I
would go back to get part 2. I've never downloaded anything from Steam
before but have downloaded games from Gog.I like Gog's website better than
Steam. Its easier to navigate but maybe because I am not used to Steam. I
didn't see anything on Steam about redirecting Steam to Gog for purchasing
or I would have gone to Gog as I am more used to it there, but I may have
missed that information on Steam.

I much prefer "owning" the game like on Gog.com where all or most of the
games are DRM and you can burn the game to a CD so you can keep it to replay
and you don't have to connect to Gog website to play the game, but I think
you do have to connect to Steam website to play BS5 or any game. But I have
downloaded the game now from Steam. It took me a long time as I only have
Lite high speed. Oh well, its downloaded now :>)
