>What have you been playing... IN MARCH 2013?

Nancy Drew®: Ghost Dogs of Moon Lake
A point-&-click adventure that operates in a similar fashion to Myst, this
11-year old game, was...fun! I liked it. Puzzles in adventure games usually
leave me feeling irritated and inadequate, but the ones here were simple
enough that I needed only a few hints, and the mystery itself and more than
adequate sound & graphics kept me interested. Kind of wish I'd picked up a
couple more on steam sales. Recommended.
BTW, Nancy's voice actress has quite a resume

Broken Sword 2: The Smoking Mirror Remastered
The excellent voice-actors from the first game are back (oolala the leading
lady's voice: sexy!), but that's the best part of BS2. It's a little too
cartoony, the humor is flat, and there's a lack of tension in the story.
But yes, I backed their kickstarter, and will continue slowly working
through the series. Here's hoping BS3 is improved!

    Alice: Madness Returns
Barely started this before getting sidetracked last month with Far Cry 3,
but liked what I saw and will be getting back to it in April

    Sniper Elite (original)
Tried this for several hours over the weekend, and have doubts I can tough
it out. The older brown/green palette and relentless bombing-and-screaming
soundtrack of the first level is exhausting, and I'm not sold on the
gameplay. I prefer stealth, and might try Death To Spies or skip to Sniper
Elite v2.
