Hi Mick - It's the same two files as the post from rms except two different websites. One file is for setup and one is for patch which it says is for English voices. The hardware requirements are windows 98 and up and I am using Win XP. It looks like they planned on adding English voices for the game but never got around to it, and not likely to add English now as the game is from 2008 or 2009. Thanks anyway. It was worth a try.
